깨끗하고 편안한 숙소
편안하고 깨끗해요. 바로 앞에 해변이 있어서 수영하기도 좋았어요. 다만 온수 지속 시간이 짧은 거 같아요. 얼마쯤 쓰다 보면 물 온도가 떨어져요. 올드 시티까지는 걸어서 20~30분 거리예요. 좀 거리가 있는데, 저는 숙소 주변이 한적해서 오히려 좋았어요.

정말정말 너무너무 좋앗어요!!! 4층인가? 뷰가 보이는 층으로 배정해주셨는데, 스플리트 바다와 일출을 보면서 깼는데 그 감정을 잊을 수가 없어요! 정말 감사합니다^.^ 관리하는 분도 너무 친철하셨어요~~ 왕 추천!!!

Friendly staff and comfortable hotel
I booked a small room that I can not handle it well. The staff kindly turned it into a large room and kindly explained the historical attractions and parking spaces.  If I have a chance to visit Split next time, I want to use this hotel again.

Whilst the property was a bit further out from the main town, it was walkable. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony and view. The walk to the beach was super short and not as busy as Bacvice so ideal really. Staff were super efficient with leaving clear instructions for self check in.

Highly recommend- female friendly
Beautiful hotel. Great value for price and stunning views from the room overlooking sea. 3 minutes to beach. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. 30-35 min walk to central Split

The apartment is inside a large structure with parking, controlled by video cameras and has access to the beach. Comfortable, clean, with WIFI, latest model TV. Absolutely perfect. The staff is very courteous and able to solve any problem. Really all excellent.

Behind the appartement is a hospital, in emergency cases helicopter landing is possible. Only to know if an extremely noise is coming from nowere in the night.;) It toke only 5 min. In general a nice location directly on the harbour of Split with parking for free and alot of restaurants in the neighberhood. Thx to freindly contact!

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean and we were able to walk there from the ferry. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The team made contact to ensure we could get in, but initially we accidentally let ourselves into the wrong apartment. The room was clean and well furnished, and close to a reasonable beach . However, the apartment was noisy at night ; the doors clang loudly, a bright light comes on shining through the hall windows (why are they there?) into the sofa bed area, and through the glass door of the bedroom when other visitors are in the stair well, and the hospital helicopter landing at the adjacent helipad everynight was exciting meant that we didn't get as much sleep as we were expecting

The tray where the kettle and cups area was not cleaned. Lots of sugar filled and still had an opened sugar package lying in the tray. Shower had no door and floor was uncleared. Water from shower spilled onto the floor lead to my partner’s fall and loss consciousness after hitting his head. And this was enough to cover my disappointment

Shower had no door, water spilled onto the floor and very slippery. No one service the room. The tray with glasses and cups was not clean and still contained packets of sugar from previous stay.

Bon endroit, comfortable et super service
Un sejour agreable avec un bon niveau de confort et de proprete general. La terasse etait tres sympa avec le soleil du matin. Le service etait tres reactif par SMS donc super. Par contre cote desagrement, la reserve d'eau chaude n'etait pas suffisante pour 3 douches normales le matin. Aussi, a noter, quelques aller-retour d'helicotpere a cause de l'hopital d'a cote.

Adriatic Queen was great. Quiet, clean, easy parking, a very short distance to the beach. We were checking in late and out early and contactless entry and exit worked great.

Wheater not very nice, rain and cold…should have stayed one week later…last week in May forecasted better. Helicopter ambulance landing platform next door the apartments was very noisy and the wind factor caused severe injuries to our friend. WiFi not up to “modern standards “. Balcony windows not properly sealed against rain. Shower drain system required maintenance. Lady in the reception was very friendly and helpful

L’appartement est bien et confortable. Je regrette que le service de ménage ne soit pas fait ou du moins d’avoir à disposition un balais pour le faire car au bout d’une semaine … La douche fait un bruit bizarre et il y a des infiltrations dos. Mais si non c’était confortable, la terrasse a une vue magnifique sur la mer.

L'appartement est quasi neuf avec une jolie terrasse; on nous vend une vue mer mais on voit surtout les oliviers. On a le sentiment que le propriétaire n'a pas investi dans la satisfaction des occupants ; ce ne sont pas des appartements pour y vivre réellement (peu de couverts, peu d'ustensiles, pas de cafetière). Que le serviettes soient changés tous les jours importe peu. Par ailleurs, on est à une trentaine de minutes à pied de l'hyper centre avec peu de transports en commun (privilégiez UBER). En revanche, la plage est à deux pas et est peu fréquentée. Bref, un peu cher pour ce que c'est
