โOur stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Stan who was so lovely and really made us feel right at home. This was the best service I have experienced anywhere....
โBota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

โAmazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception...
โLocated in the middle of the old city. Pleasant and nice staff. Wonderful experience from the airport to the hotel through the transfer service that hotel provided. We were able to soak in the beautiful scenery in the luxury car. Various kinds on the menu for the breakfast we can chose and waiters were nice.โ

โFantastic location inside the city walls on a quiet side street away from main tourist hustle and bustle, but still so close to all the attractions. Great cafe / gelato and restaurants very close. Lovely studio apartment with seating including table and chairs, sofa and TV area one side and bedroom the other, modern bathroom - big powerful shower, lots of fluffy big towels, kitchenette including microwave, decent sized fridge, hob, crockery and cutlery.
