This hotel was a spectacular spot. The parking lot across the street, probably would’ve been fine, but not knowing the area well we opted to valet. Our room was in the secondary building had a lot of of clever urban design appeal. We took advantage of the rooftop bar and then made our way over to the restaurant in the primary building. Our view looked right out onto the street and we had a complete surprise of a meal. It was not inexpensive, but it was excellent and a stand out at any price point.

This is a great hotel for Springfield. Really cool art deco ‘20’s style. The rooftop bar is a great spot to hang out. The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff were so friendly.

Wonderful hotel

Beautiful hotel- super clean and very comfortable bed, pillows and linens. The room was spacious and decorated very well. We enjoyed our night there and would happily recommend to anyone. Also, the food at the hotel restaurant was amazing

THIS WAS DIRTY, POOR QUALITY FURNITURE, LOW SERVICE AT CHECK IN AND THE RESTAURANT.

We have stayed here multiple times and this is a very nice Hotel... very clean and the food is excellent... service is really good... we will continue to stay here... overall this Hotel is great!

The property for the most part is beautiful. Some of the finishes and furnishings are a little worn for only being 10 or 12 years old. The big drawback though is that the Expedia ad does not match the rooms available. The ad literally says showing 11 of 11 rooms for the balcony rooms but the only picture is a room that is vastly different than the room. We got the hotel did their best to make up for this. It ended up being a nice day, but at the end of the day, I still didn’t get the room that I paid for

The rooms are starting to show their age. Lady checking us in was quick to cut us off when asking a question. Very weird layout on level 4. Getting off the elevators you are at the ball/conference room. Very confused look we received from the party in the room. Took us a minute to find signage for the room hallway. Bartender at night was awesome.
