"The hotel was lovely and heard that it was newly built. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they accommodated our needs very well especially when we had our small child with us. The room was spacious and was of a contemporary design and the tv was updated to the latest versions to allow streaming from my phone which enabled screen sharing easily. However, in saying that, I was very disappointed with the cleaning room service. Whenever we returned from a day out, the dirty cups were still left in the room, a bag of rubbish was still in the corner, there were hairs in the bathroom floor, and towels were not changed. The only thing they did do was tidy the bed and changed the bathroom bin. Ive stayed in many hotels around the world and have never encountered a room to be so inadequately "cleaned". This was their only downfall though as everything else was lovely, maybe a gentle reminder to the cleaning staff of what is to be expected."

"Not a cheap hotel. Climate control wasn’t working and I had a horrible nights sleep. Couldn’t open the window enough to improve things. Restaurant was ok but pricey. Room was clean and otherwise comfortable. Carpet needed a deep clean and some issues with tile grouting in bathroom. I don’t understand why these things aren’t spotted and sorted out!"

"No way to adjust the in room temperature. I switched rooms to get working ac but it didn't work on the second room either. I hope you like 23.-24. they did give a fan though. The hotel has good vibe though. "
