The rooms are spacious and convenient. The beach and gardens are beautiful. They offer free breakfast delivered to your room each day at your chosen time. There is also a free bus that hooks up with the trolley system downtown. I could not recommend this place enough. We loved it!

Average hotel, nothing too fancy. Breakfast was a small limited menu. Staff was fantastic and so were the amenities such as the pool and the private pathway to the beach. The rooms were very clean, although the shower didn’t have enough pressure. If you’re looking for something that’s on the cheaper side and closer to tourist attractions then this is perfect for you.

Staff was very welcoming. Our room was immaculate. Very quiet and had a great boardwalk to the beach. Fresh baked scones delivered for breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend staying here. Beach bus and trolley tour were excellent recommendations for seeing St.Augustine.

Friendly staff, location is good, not directly on the beach, but with direct beach access. Room is fine, bathroom is kind of small. Breakfast needs to be ordered and delivery to your room. For the price, I think this is pretty nice choice.
