"Great place to stay, excellent location for central Cambridge, very well equipped studio, clean, light, super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with high quality toiletries, staff very friendly and helpful, calm, relaxed feel. Nothing to fault."

"Check-in was slow as the kiosk did not work for our booking (this was a known issue with hotels.com bookings amongst staff) and a member of staff wasn't immediately available. Beyond that, the staff was lovely, the location was great, breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality."

"It isn’t so much the property that is the problem, it is the staff annd operation. I waited 4 hours for a room, the staff was unhelpful and uninterested, the central heating was not turned on until 1700 hrs so the room was cold, the restaurant food was basic and unappealing. Most confronting was the hotel’s policy that guests cannot order in takeaway - that policy was not mentioned on its website or the Expedia property description. "

"Room was very hot with no A/C and could not open the windows. Dusty, no water, milk or at bags in the room. Car parking an extra £20 a day. Not very good"

"Guess we should have realised from the price. This is well located but very basic. The bar below is a noisy club. We didn't mind that, but others might. The room was clean but very basic. Bathroom and toilets shared down a flight of stairs. The staff were lovely. "
