"We had an overnight stay here. We booked a business class room. It was basic which was fair enough. It could have been cleaner the mirror was covered in dust as were the edges of the carpet and skirting boards. We used the spa facilities. The water in the pool was on the cold side. The saunas were hot but the drain smell spoilt it. The changing room also smelled of drains. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good to be honest. The hotel is very close to the centre of Chester so excellent for that."

"Very clean.lovely newly refurbished bathroom. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for the train and bus stations. Also museums all within walking distance. I would have liked a softer pillow but apparently they were all the same.But that was the only problem we encountered. The lounge is stunning."

"The property had a unique design that was really nice and the staff were very helpful! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! Location was perfect not far from anywhere. Would recommend staying here and will stay here again."
