โThe general standard of the hotel was first class and the staff could not have been more helpful in every respect. The standard of food in the restaurant was so much better than the local restaurants and the offered a variation to suit everyone. I would find it very hard to fault this hotel. โ
โGreat location! So close to everything: shopping, restaurants, taxis and busses. The room was great, too. Decor all updated. The bed was perfect (on the harder side). Would absolutely stay here again. โ
โVery good hotel. Room well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool and spa area great. A few minutes walk from main street, a bit further away from the port area (but within walking distance).โ
โLovely hotel, happy hour drinks and snack were great value and easy walk into St Helier. The family room was really 2 rooms in one which meant plenty of space. We would stay here again. โ
โWhat a wonderful hotel! Myself and my son had the best stay here, he absolutely loved being able to go to the swimming pool everyday and thoroughly enjoyed the flow rider experience. Every member of staff we met were super friendly and made the stay comfortable. The evening entertainment had a good balance of activities for the whole family. Breakfast had a great selection of foods and was a welcome addition to the stay so we could fuel up every morning. Everywhere in the hotel was super clean...
โThe staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. โ
โJust returned, had a great time in Jersey, all the better because of our stay here. Excellent food, hotel very clean, food really was great. Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station.โ
โWe had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier. โ
โHotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey โ
