“Staff were amazing, we stayed during a heatwave and they were helpful with ice from the bar. Other instances such as needing forks, hangers in our room and new towels were treated with the same professionalism ! The rooms do need a bit of updating but for what it was the price is exstremely reasonable. The room was very clean when we arrived. “We loved our stay at Llechwen Hall Hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are two steep steps to the restaurant that we couldn’t manage due to disabilities but the staff served us in the lounge area so not a problem. We can certainly recommend this Hotel.”

“Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.”

“Room 101 - The bathroom was not clean at all - needed a good bleach - clean around the bath , taps, sink. Came back to the room and there was a terrible smell - called the maintenance and it was the backflow from the bath !!!!! Was a bit better after being cleaned but was not up to a standard expected!! Would not stay again in that condition!! The Hotel is in a great location for shopping etc!! The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing ws too much trouble!!”
