Great place to stay while in St. Ignace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A Mexican restaurant is next door. Jose’s Cantina. Great food and hospitality. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend stay here! The complimentary on-site EV charging was the primary reason I chose this hotel, and it worked flawlessly - waking up every morning to a full battery made exploring the straits completely stress-free. We had a clean, comfortable lake view room with direct access straight out to the beach, which was fantastic for enjoying the mornings and taking in the shoreline. The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of variety to get each day started. Between the lakefront setting, clean rooms, and EV convenience, this is the perfect base for visiting Mackinac Island. We would definitely stay here again!

I was traveling with my dog, so we were in the pet friendly building which was the older of the two, but it was clean and there were no odors or mustiness. I want to start off by giving a huge thank you to a female staff member who work the front desk. I had an unexpected occurence and she was so helpful and sweet. The customer service was great. I gave it 3 stars because the beds were uncomfortable, and one of the tv's didnt work in our room. We had kids with us, so working the second tv wouldve been such a big help. The view was beautiful and the firepits was nice.

This property needs attention. Leaking roof and peeling paint by the pool. There are rust stains everywhere. We did not have soap or conditioner in our room. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. The staff was friendly and helpful for our late check in.

The room was very clean, spacious no and comfortable but it had no table and only one chair. With two people staying in the room it wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The pool was in another building and getting to the lobby you had to go outside to come in. Just some thing to think about if the weather is bad.

Room was clean and spacious.Breakfast was good. They could use some updates and better Wi-Fi, but can't hold that against them. We had an unruly guest above us, and the front desk staff handled it perfectly. Ferry shuttle picked us up at the hotel and saved parking fee at the the dock

The hotel was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and very complete. However, the room we were assigned was located next to some older air-conditioning units that made a terrible noise all night. We were unable to rest, which was the main purpose of our stay.
