The hotel was in a perfect location to visit all the major attractions in Chicago. It was a pleasant and safe stay overall! The only downside was the security deposit policy. Charging $100 per night as a deposit felt excessive-we had to pay $300 for a three-night stay, which didn’t seem fair.

Great staff, very good breakfast and well located hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to double check the utensils are clean before put them on the buffet area because I founded some residual food in a couple dishes. Other than that we have a great stay and definitely would stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view of the city. The location is amazing - very walkable and close to the Grand station. The only downside was the restaurant, which got a little too crowded during breakfast time.
