これで3度目の宿泊だが、部屋が変わっても期待を裏切らない。 St.John’sにはアパートメントがいくつかあるが、キッチンの設備はここが1番充実しており、駐車場も広く便利。

Bathroom has radiant floor heating and deep tub!

We knew what to expect, that is was a self-check in process, and were really happy with our stay. We wanted more room than a typical hotel or B& B room so we could do some work on our laptops and not have to sit in bed to do so. The couch and seating area was great to relax in at night, with a gas fireplace and big screen TV. Kitchen was updated and fully stocked. Loved the radiant floor heating in the bathroom and deep soaking tub. Nice laundry facilities in unit. The front office is staffed during business hours but we did not need anything. They seem to cater to long-term stays for business folks. Only complaint was the sheets - they were worn and pilled.

My family really enjoyed this place as it was clean and the location works for anything you want to do in the st john’s area. Will definitely stay there again!

Quiet. Clean. Walkable.

We enjoyed our one week stay at Signal Hill Suites. The studio suite had pretty much everything you would need, and the location is ideal - for walking around or for getting places by car. If asked, I would rate it 8 or 9 out of 10, not so much for "personal service" but for the thought that goes into making a rental place equipped to be "self service".

What a great deal!

This is an apartment with all the amenities of home, including a fantastic bathroom, comfortable bed, secured entrance, and a short walk to downtown St-John's. We would definitely recommend this!

Lots of space, close to DT St. John's

Overall, a nice place to stay. It isn't a hotel so there are no resources to help with planning restaurants and activities. Check in was late as they had one person getting rooms ready for new guests. Check out is early, 10am, so you need to get moving on the day you leave. Rooms are quite spacious, nice bathroom and easy to get around St. John's from this location.

Our stay at Premier Suites was great!

The suite was clean, spacious and overall it was a great choice. We liked the location. It was like having your own apartment in town and the price was comparable to hotel room. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay, could have been cleaner.

Lovely suite overall. Some parts of the kitchenette were not as clean as you would expect for a hotel. I had to wipe down the salt and pepper shakers to remove dirt, and the a set of closet doors as they were obviously dirty.

Comfortable Accomodations in Downtown St. John's!

We only stayed for a night, but it was really nice. It is located near downtown St.John's, at the bottom of Signal Hill. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you plan on visiting Signal Hill or taking in the St. John's nightlife.
