“We had room 402 on the fourth floor it was very warm with the sun coming into room all afternoon, we left a note for room service to leave the curtains pulled which helped on our return. We requested a fan which helped, one window was screwed shut which didn’t help. The floor sloped by approximately 4 inches from the door to the windows including the bathroom.”

“Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others”

“I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels.”

“This was one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in over the years, and I've stayed in a fair few. It is a lovely house in a perfect location on Broadway, just off Douglas Prom. You can walk to the Sea Terminal and bus station in about 15 minutes, there are also buses along the prom, and the horse tram stops at the bottom of Broadway if you want to go to Derby Castle for the railway to Laxey and Ramsey. “I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”
