The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.

For the price the hotel was fine; they were overbooked so we weren’t able to get the king suite we originally booked. Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel was old but clean. Very close to St Louis attractions and was easy to get in and out of. We would probably use this hotel again.

I very much like that the room is clean and the bedsheets are clean, I have checked in at another quality inn and the room there was not clean and the sheets were not changed from the previous customer, so I was really impressed by how clean this one is. The entire place smelled. Our room was very dank smelling, smelled like cigarettes and mold. The all's were dirty, the ceiling was dirty and peeling. There were holes in the wall where things had been removed, the phone didn't work. The shower curtain didn't cover the entire shower, so water leaked all over the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Inspection room before staying.

Beds were comfortable. However there were cockroaches in the room when I awoke in the morning. Packed up and left immediately, hoping I wasn't taking any bugs with me. And mold around the tub and the floor. Only one small trash can in the bathroom no big trash can in the room. Reported issues to front desk. Hopefully they will address the issue and make changes.
