The Bellman, Danny gave us an impromptu tour. It was wonderful seeing the beautiful restorations that have been done to make this a one of a kind historic property. Danny was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and added so much to our experience.
Not a bad hotel but you can definitely tell itโs dated. The rooms are nice and the staff was pleasant but the hallway needed to be brighter and updated.
The hotel was amazing. It is conveniently located to many of the sites and attractions. There are also multiple activities just on the hotel property. It is conveniently located near the Metro Rail as well. The Clock Tower rooms that we stayed in were very comfortable with coffee pod maker, king size bed, cable TV and historically appointed photos. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, courteous, answered any questions we had and everyone had a smile on their face. Would recommend this to anyone! Will definitely be back
The location is beautiful with lots of activities to do. The service is terrible and the elevators are janky. If you can stay on the first floor, I would. I would still recommend the hotel as long as you are not someone who needs any services when you stay places. Our room did not have a working drain for the sink, but again the area and hotel are beautiful.
The hotel is old and dated very dark and dingy. The rooms are pretty depressing. It just seemed dirty. I'm sure it wasn't but it just seemed old and dirty. The food was beyond too bad. I just started ordering cereal in the morning and getting extra boxes of cereal and milk so I could eat that because the food was so bad all day
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! It had the best vibe going on. We ate at the onsite restaurants, where the food was amazing. Took some awesome pictures at different locations in the hotel and enjoyed the luxury of it all.
