"We had a lovely stay! The hotel staff were so friendly and even upgraded our room for us, complete with a birthday cake and a bottle of fizz. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back.
The location is perfect for getting around London. "
"We had a lovely stay here. We arrived early and hoped to drop our bags in and then come later to check in but Jas offered us a complimentary early check in. The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff helpful and welcoming and it was so quiet! We’ve stayed in London a number of times in various locations and this was one of the largest rooms we’ve stayed in and both quiet in terms of traffic noise and generally on the hotel. This was a lovely surprise when we had visited the weekend before Xmas. The pool and spa facilities were a nice extra to have which we used. Loved that the room had a little fridge which was helpful as we much prefer to buy proper milk for tea and coffee and so this was handy. Thanks for a lovely stay, would recommend. Didn’t have time to use the bowling, cinema or bar/restaurant. "
