Staff speak very good English and are all very helpful. Swimming pool is very modern and sauna is also very private. Just one down point that spa is not available. The hotel has a long history but was well maintained. Things are very clean and tidy. Restaurant is also very nice with good food and excellent staff! A very good experience in the hotel! I wish I have stayed longer!

Fabulous hotel close to everything

This is an amazing property with very courteous staff Stayed for one night in a balcony room with lake view. It was superb and the room was significantly big by European standards. The bathroom as luxurious too. Pickup and drop at the station was prompt and proactive. Hotel is located right on the shopping street which as very convenient. Breakfast was good. Very close to the lake and suited our long walks. All in all we had a great stay before boarding the Bernina Express. Would like to come back and stay again for sure .

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink. Hotel is situated in a good position with plenty og restaurants, shops etc close by. Would recommend and stay here again.

A relaxing experience

We stayed one night but were made to feel welcomed and were given an upgrade on arrival. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room was spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and met our needs. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake and close to the shops.

It was close to the center of town and easy to explore. There seems to be a swimming pool, which could be enjoyed all day long. There is a ping-pong table in the room next to the pool, so we could enjoy ping-pong for a while. Breakfast was delicious, with many special dishes prepared by the hotel.
