It appears they have long term renters as an extended stay but are cleaning up the place and for us, it was a great place just to come back and sleep. We ate all meals out and always came home by 1000pm. The property was quiet and budget friendly.

The staff are excellent We were put in a room that had serious smokers in it there were no other rooms available. The staff gave us ozone machine, so we can pull the smokeout the location was excellent.The price was good for the room

Extended stay means other people have been living there forever. My room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke even though I got a non- smoking room. Domestic violence in the room above me. Roaches. I just felt unsafe overall. Staff was nice. I checked out after the first day and they did refund my money.

The Good - Price was ok. Location is great. Room layout is good. Parking is close to the room. We were not approached or bothered by anybody. Our vehicle was not tampered with. Air conditioner worked well. The Bad - Many long-term renters here that like to hang out outside their rooms and smoke cigarettes. Many shady types hanging around the area. Room and bedding smelled of smoke. Decor is dated and tired. Air conditioner was very loud. Hope I don't have to stay here again.

How do I start. Cockroaches. Cockroaches. Cockroaches. We used 2 spray cans of cockroach killer in our 7 day stay. On the 5th day we finally got ahead of them and had 2 free days of no roaches. Constantly spraying every crevise nock and cranny. The staff is super friendly and the rooms is spacious and a nice bed. Room is clean but the floor needs a good scrubbing. Our feet on the bottoms were black every morning. Easy parking and food is close by.

There were roaches and insects everywhere. We felt unsafe in the premises because guest would be arguing and smoking around the halls at any other. Staff were kind people, but unfortunately the place itself left a lot to desire.

I walked in and the room had a musky smell gnats were flying around and bought a pizza for our dinner left it on the table found roaches crawling on it but they gave me 2/3 of my money back will not recommend it for anyone
