"The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Fully stocked minibar and fridge. However, our room did not have hot water and asked if it was corrected twice and it was faulted to be not corrected. Also, one of the groundskeeper made a derogatory comment on our way out. Overall, it’s a nice place but it doesn’t deserve the “excellent” rating it has on this app. "

I also would suggest having more outside lights in the hallways leading to rooms for nighttime arrivals. It it rather dark and since the building is open air/accessible- safety is a concern. "
