Booked thinking Travelocity could not recommend such a terrible place, was I wrong. We were taken to a room that looked liked something in a third world country. The so called porter sat on his butt while we took our luggage up the steps. the room was old and run down, no safe to store passports, the bed looked like they found it on the side of the road and their was human waste still in one of the bathroom, somebody forgot to flush, oh or the maid forgot to clean the bathroom, yuk....no phone to call office so we had to walk through this not so nice lot to the other resort, where they check you in.. HUH? Finally after a few trips back and forth we had enough and they moved us to a room that had no key, they had a real problem with keeping the keys on their pegs, they just throw them around the office, which is a room in A building. We get room 2 and after three trips back and forth with different keys, we get room 3, the safe was broken and the sliding glass doors locked but you could just move them on the track and walk right out, girl at office said nobody would bother out stuff, not to worry...WHAT..in their hotel book it states make sure you LOCK you doors!!! She was a piece of work. Said she would get somebody to fix problems in the morning....mind you we started this process at 4 and it was now 9 and we traveled all day. We slept in the room awaiting the repair person... finally around 12:30 yet another trip to the office to .MORE TO SAY RUNNING OUT OF ROOM
