This is a dated BnB; however, they are very accommodating and are within walking distance into Redhook. The breakfast we great. The views are not wonderful. I would recommend if you plan on being gone a lot and just need a place to lay your head.

The room was lovely and in great condition. It was just a little bit noisy near a road with trucks and roosters. There was a nice breakfast and the people were very nice. We enjoyed walking to the secret Harbor beach though the dirt road there was strewn with garbage.

The property itself was very nice and had a nice breakfast. It is not walkable however like reviews say. That is misleading. There is a hill to walk up to get to the property and then a very steep driveway to the actual rooms. We were told by a couple taxi's they can't drive up it. We had to lug our luggage up this because reviews said it's "walkable".

Our room was very large (Newport Room) and clean. The sofa could be replaced, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet around there. We had a view of RedHook Marina. A full, delicious breakfast was served to us on the deck each morning. The ladies were super sweet. Water pressure was low. Overall a great stay.

I lovedddd my stay here!! We had the Hermosa room & it had a beautiful balcony and ocean view! The staff were super helpful with arranging rides. (if you need a private limousine driver use “Pheilx Guerlin” on FaceBook, he was great with us!!) Also, the ladies were very sweet during breakfast in the morning!! Lastly, Secret Harbour beach is amazinggg and is about a 10 minute walk from there along with red hook! The only issue is if you are a light sleeper like me you do hear the cars and roosters lol so, just turn the tv on! But other than that BOOK!! 10000/10:)

This entire establishment is absolutely out of this world. It added a super positive wrinkle to our Saint Thomas experience with hospitality and genuine professionalism. Janet is the backbone of this company and helps you out with everything from breakfast to rooms to accommodations and the owner. The hotel itself is beautiful — peaceful, clean, and felt like a true home away from home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. What really touched me was how the staff helped with a last-minute decoration request — they made it happen so effortlessly and made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a boutique stay with outstanding service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again!

As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time on the island of St John NP due tot he close proximity to the Red Hook Ferry. We did not rent a car so most of our travel was by foot, taxi from the airport and we did experience the local Safari bus, even taking it to the airport for our return flight. If you want a glamorous resort with all the amenities; look elsewhere. If you want a small hotel with a laid back atmosphere, then this is your place.

Beautiful view of the harbor in Red Hook Property is clean and close to strip. It’s nice to wake up and have breakfast on patio. Same food every morning though. We stayed there and took the car barge to St John every morning and it was perfect.
