"Great location. Clean room. Lovely deep bath. Underground carpark very tight. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Lots of places to eat. Close to bus station. Surrounding car parks very expensive. Very noisy location, didn't bother us (double glazing helped). Room was quite small, reminded me of a Travelodge in the UK. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"Nice old-style hotel with new upgrades. Breakfast is good and you can have dinner there as well. Easy to walk to restaurants and nearby shopping. Parking is a bit hard to attain, especially if you don't have a compact car. Full size cars are hard to park in the area. Try to avoid summertime if you require AC, as the rooms I've stayed in don't have AC. This is the only downside."

"This was a fantastic place and fantastic value stay; the room, kitchenette and bathroom were immaculate - super clean. The room was really well decorated, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, the shower was hot and had great water pressure. There was a nice view of the garden. Everything was brilliantly designed and worked. For example, the bedside light had both a USB A and USB C charging point underneath; the first Iāve seen to have both. When I called ahead because Iād be arriving late, Bettina was super helpful and then, when I was checking out, Grace could not have been more brilliant, giving me directions to where I was going, offering to store my luggage. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Tonder. One tiny thing, if you have heavy luggage or have any mobility issues, you might want to request a ground floor room as you have to go up a metal staircase for the first floor. I was on the first floor and felt very secure. Plus itās four minutes away from TĆønder station. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location across from the waterfront. Steps up to the entrance but a small, narrow ramp to the side of the hotel for wheelchairs. Lobby extremely attractive and clean. Staff welcoming and check-in stressfree. We booked an accessible room - the bathroom was spacious with expected amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although not quite big enough to easily move around in a wheelchair. We did not book breakfast (at ā¬20/person we thought it a little on the high price side). We would stay here again if in the area and recommend the hotel as excellent value for money especially in the location."

"A bit of a mixture feelings about the place. Although in overall it looks great and sleep was comfortable, and the place was clean enough, the overall experience was somewhat mediocre for the price. Plus, perhaps expected too much from a 300+ years old tavern... The breakfast was rather basic, thought with fresh good bread."
