โThe Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking.
The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely.
The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival.
We would stay here again in the future ๐

โExcellent experience. Ideally placed if you travel up and down the country and very comfortable. Dinner excellent, breakfast too. The sitting room is very relaxed, and there is a resident cat who doesn't bother you at all.โ
โOur stay was excellent. All the staff are exceptional from the moment we arrived. From the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff & cleaners they all welcomed us. They always had a smile and treated us with respect. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious with a good selection. Although the hotel is close to a busy road it did not disturb us at all. The bed was comfortable. We will certainly be back. Thank you. โ
โUnfortunately I had eaten enroute so did not dine in the nicely furnished olde style pub which took orders until 20.30 but, despite my 20.20 arrival I was given opportunity to eat. The bed was very comfortable. An armchairxwas provided in addition to a chair.โ
โHad a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean.
Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared.
A book regarding the building was also an interesting read.
