"Room was very clean"

"Check-in was smooth and I had no issues with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing for the price. For over $500 for one night (not including parking, although water park passes were included), I expected much better. The room did not have a microwave, and the TV was not working during our stay. I called reception twice requesting that someone come and fix it, but no one ever showed up either time. While the location is convenient and check-in was easy, the lack of basic amenities and the poor response to maintenance concerns made this stay feel overpriced and not worth the cost. I expected a much better experience for what we paid."

"The customer service was amazing! All staff were very helpful. Cleanliness of rooms were good. The only problem is had was our toilet seat was loose, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and it looked like a small stain on the comforter. Otherwise than that my stay was great!"

"When we arrived, our room was apparently an “exterior” room. Do not book that because it means you are literally outside the hotel in a disgustingly dirty motel like structure adjacent to the hotel. Nowhere in the booking does it state that is the case and the pictures show you the hotel and rooms of the nice hotel. We did end up paying an extra $20 and were able to get to the hotel we originally believed we booked. The staff was able to accommodate that pretty easily after we complained. The room itself inside the hotel is pretty run down, dirty carpet and water in the shower took a good 2-3 minutes to get warm. The beds were comfortable though which was great. We did not use the pool during our stay. The elevators always had a long line because one was down. Overall, there are many other hotels to stay at for about the same price and you can have a more comfortable stay."

"I stayed for three nights and was very disappointed with the parking assistance. They were rude and did not acknowledge me or my partner. They also seemed unwilling to help move their parking barricade, despite the fact that I paid $75 per night to park there. Not only was my room not ready for check-in, but I was told they would call me when it was ready, which they never did. I ended up checking in 30 to 45 minutes late. The room was not even clean. I found a comb, dirty socks and hair in the drain. Our television and air conditioning did not work. When I informed the front desk about the situation, the front lady appeared annoyed, but the maintenance technician was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I was quite dissatisfied with my overall stay, especially considering the price point I paid."
