"Had some issues with the hot water. It was resolved but it did take several calls. And was frustrating. Good location. Not sure if the hot tub worked. Two close restaurants."

Heritage Inn Yosemite/Sonora
"On our arrival at check in I was told that room is not ready because they short on staff.I asked if they have king bed instead of queen lady said yes and never told me it's going to be extra charge.I was charged 100$ extra . Very poor customer service and place not worthy this kind of money! Room ..."
