The hotel went the extra mile and honored my request of early check-in because we were exhausted with the kids and I later asked for a different room because the one we got was accessible room. The switched us with no complaints.
I will definitely stay there againโฆ paid parking garage was convenient next to the hotel....
โI really enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room I had, had a separate bathroom which was different from other reviews Iโve seen. I appreciated the fact that their ice machine also dispensed water. This made staying hydrated very easy and I didnโt have to worry about finding a place to buy a case of water. The food options were limited but I ordered food for delivery so that was convenient! It was also a walk away from my work venue so that was a plus! 10/10...
โI was there for the WSB Convention at Golden 1 and I Loved my stay. The staff was absolutely the most welcoming and helpful group of people from check in to check-out and beyond. The location was literally steps from where I needed to be during the event. I I loved receiving text msgs informing me of the hotelโs activities and events. The only and I do mean only thing I wish was better was the bed mattress. It was way too firm and I like a firm mattress, but this one was very uncomfortable....

โJust the best location for accessing both downtown and Old Sacramento, and both arenas. This is a great location, way better than I envisioned looking at the map. Hint, leave the hotel doors and turn left, versus right and youโll have a brand new perspective on just how great this location is. โ
โIt's a small, but elegant hotel. Decor is good. But, there is no parking place and no refrigerator in my room. I will not stay at this hotel next time.โ
