"Room was clean , air continuing issue that wasn’t taken care of, staff was great, didn’t go to breakfast cause it was another cost that was pricey , parking was tuff cuz was valet n time to get car was longer than anticipated! "

Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the booking process through check in, I would not recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated."
