"Staff was fantastic "

"The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was generally quiet until we turned off the tv and then we had the freeway noise. It was not terrible but definitely noticeable especially with big trucks or loud cars. There are blinds on the window but no blackout curtains, so it never gets really dark. Overall, ok for overnight stay, but if you're booking it for the kitchen you will have to bring everything."

"The hot tub wasn’t functioning. It was broken cement/plaster with a “caution” tape adjacent to the pool. Should really let customers know when services are t functioning as they may have gone there specifically for that amenity. Such as myself."
