"We had no glasses in our room for a drink, just coffee cups to drink out of. One tiny bar of soap which we had to share among two people for washing hands and bathing. One chair to sit in for two people , not everyone likes to sit on the bed. No shampoo or conditioner. The room we were in was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows…The room was very clean."
