We had an ocean view room. The windows were not very clean but the view was very pretty. The bathroom, floors and lobby were all very clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was super delicious and the staff are always smiling and always helping us. The pool and bar was also great and super clean

This property is great- awesome lobby and shared spaces. Only complaint (not related to the hotel), is that it's difficult to walk to nearby stores and restaurants due to the major roads surrounding the property without cross-walks. Used shuttle from/to airport, saved me renting a car. But only a few dining options in walking distance as a result, so a car would have been useful if I had been staying longer. Shower temperature was not consistent. That’s my only real complaint. Staff were wonderful and location met my needs perfectly.

Simple amenities were lacking

The Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Town Center does not offer complimentary coffee or continental breakfast. While the room we had was perfect for us so we had easy access to take our dog out as needed, the room itself didn't look prepared for guests.
