One of the bathroom light bulbs was out and the other was flickering. The middle dresser drawer wouldn't close completely, and it would slowly come open. Mentioned it to the concierge and within 30 minutes both issues were fixed.
Bottom of the emergency stairs smelled of urine and the gym was unkempt.

Nice rooms, and allnapliances worked (alot of other hotels are in such disrepair by comparison). Beds were comfy and clean, bfast is a full meal.
