Thank you for your feedback. The Inn is a new hotel built in 2015, and our facilities department is vigilant in ensuring all of our heating and air conditioning systems work properly. We set parameters in rooms to give guests a comfortable range of temperatures to set individual guest rooms. We adjusted the parameters in your guest room and set the temperature to 75 degrees to make it more comfortable for you per your request. At The Inn, we offer two 5-star dining options – The Market, a gourmet breakfast and lunch café, and Knoxie’s Table, the #1 rated restaurant on Kent Island. We offer complimentary transportation along Pier 1 Road, and our Front Desk is always available to assist guests in reserving other transportation methods for Kent Island and beyond. We appreciate your feedback and were hopefully able to provide a little more information about everything we offer as a resort.
