We were pleasantly surprised by how perfect our stay was. The hotel is new and well maintained. The lounge has lots of spaces to work and even better with 2 meeting booths if you need a quiet space to do your work calls. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was clean, lots of hooks to hang your stuff. We got the no window room which I was a little worried at the beginning but seemed to be okay.

My favorite hotel, I love all the colors, I never just sit in a lobby, but I did here, I read, it was so quiet. The rain shower was great, I want to have one installed when I get home. Plenty of restaurants nearby and very walkable.

The single room is small, and the overall hotel is simple. Yet it is also extremely practical. I believe the value for what you pay is unmatched. I have never stayed in a hotel where they thought of everything - nice lobby to check emails, friendly staff, affordable snacks accessible 24/7, laundry on site with detergent included, comfortable beds, lock boxes if you have a later flight so you can leave luggage at the hotel, plenty of food options just outside the hotel, walking distance to the subway, even a kids playground nearby. I will for sure come back.

It had a great stay in Stockholm. The hotel was very clean and safe. The working spaces were perfect and quiet. The staff were super friendly and I loved being able to order coffee and tea at any time of the night. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

I am a solo traveller and safe to say that, since I have stayed in many different hotels in many different countries, Scandic Go 20 is one of the top hotels in my list. Best value for price. Rooms might seem a bit small but they are convenient and extremely efficient. Also the building is only 10 minutes away from the city center with bus or metro. Definitely recommend it for solo travelers. The staff were also excellent, they even gave me a free upgrade! All of them seems experienced and know how to accommodate you.

Never Again

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in around 12 AM, and immediately, I was disturbed by a couple making loud noises in their room. Later that night, an alarm went off and continued until around 5 or 6 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Frustrated, I went down to the lobby to cancel my stay and request a refund. Initially, the young lady at the front desk was unwilling to accommodate me, but after speaking with the manager, they agreed to process the refund. I then decided to move to another hotel nearby for the night. However, after I left, I contacted the hotel several times regarding my refund, but they continuously denied my request. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was unhelpful, and the situation was poorly handled.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber super intelligent gestaltet, sodass dennoch alles Platz gefunden hat. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und die Möglichkeit, über den Fernseher eigene Inhalte zu streamen, finde ich toll. Lediglich mit den Kopfkissen konnte ich nichts anfangen. Die waren mir leider viel zu fest, ich liebe Kissen, in die man einsinkt. Hier wird es aber schweit, es jedem Gast recht zu machen, aber vielleicht wäre eine Auswahl aus festen und weichen Kissen eine gute Möglichkeiten, um mehreren Ansprüchen gerecht werden zu können

Sehr funktionell und einfach. Aber neu und sauber tägliche Reinigung, Handtuchtausch plus Betten machen kostet extra. Mich nervt das Betten machen sowieso. Und wenn man was braucht wie neue Habdtücher, Toilettenpapier oder so, dann kann man sich das unkompliziert an der Rezeption, die 24/7 belegt ist, holen

Had no major issues with the property it was clean and private and far removed from the hectic city but still walkable. Only minor issue was that you couldn't watch local tv or stream images just sound so pretty much redundant
