The Hotel is only 6 stops from the airport with 3 minutes waking from the station. Also 5 stops away via train to the City Centre . Staff were great and food at the premises are top qualities. I will recommend the Hotel to all

Practically there is no service. No phone in the room. You have to go yourself to the front disk to get toilet paper! You have to request the room cleaning more than once evryday. No room service. No electric water kettle in the room. Limited choice in the breakfast menu. In summary: the worst experience I ever had, which was shared by all colleagues who attended the conference and stayed in this hotel.

Business

Looks great from the outside but basic inside. Big walk in shower but then only a hand held outlet that dribbled out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bar doesn’t open until 5 so before then the check in staff serve you beer. So I finished work at 4.30pm wanting a beer and had to stand in a 20 min queue of people checking in to get a beer! By the time I sat down with it the bar was then opening!

Ac funkade inte så det var extremt varmt på rummet. I korridoren var det väldigt skönt men i rummet var det urkass luft. Vid påtalande fick vi en extra fläkt.

Plockade undan frukost för tidigt

Rummet var bra. Det som var dåligt var att de sa att frukost serveras kl 07-10.30. När vi kom för att äta frukost kl 10 höll de redan på att plocka undan maten. Vi fick skynda oss att fylla några tallrikar, det blev stressigt och de hann plocka undan mat som vi skulle ha velat ha. Om man säger att frukosten pågår till kl 10.30 börjar man inte plocka ihop förrän då.

Ei hotellin omaa parkkipaikkaa, auto piti jättää läheisen messukeskuksen parkkikselle. Näköalakerros oli pysyvästi suljettu, pettymys oli suuri. Muuten hyvä majoitus ja aamupala.

Jeg havde booket værelset ud fra beskrivelsen, hvor der stod, at det var med en kingsize seng. Da jeg ankom, viste det sig desværre, at der var to enkeltsenge, som var skubbet sammen. Det var ikke det, jeg havde forventet, og det trak helhedsindtrykket lidt ned. Ellers var værelset rent og pænt, men det stemte ikke overens med beskrivelsen, og det bør der rettes op på fremadrettet, så andre gæster ikke bliver skuffede
