Very friendly staff. The lady at the breakfast was helpful and asked us if we wanted some items that had run out in the buffet. Also our smoke alarm went off from my cooking and a staff person was at our room in 1-2 minutes to check it out and help ventilate the room. I was surprised by the speed at which he showed up.

I didn’t expect the place to have everything in it. It’s like a mini apartment with a dining table. It was clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I will stay here again. We have to come back up this way in the future.

Excellent staff! I will always stay here for business travel. The hotel is quiet, the staff is top-notch, and the area around the hotel is safe/scenic for a run or walk. Just off the freeway, but you can't hear a sound. Quiet, large rooms!

The building is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shops and restaurants within 2 mins of driving; it can be walkable as well. The amenities are all in good working order; the full kitchen is a great plus for a family getaway; the included hot breakfast in the morning has nice selections; the staff are all very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciate their flexibility in accommodating our situation and allowing us to stay until 1pm. Our one night stay here has been 5 stars all around. This will be our go to place when we are back to the area again. Highly recommended.

Property was pretty well maintained, in our room the shower head was not working fully. The free breakfast was good, rooms seemed updated fairly recently. Gym was small but good. Nice hotel for the area, also accepts pets.

I stay at this hotel for two weeks every year visiting the branch I oversee in Stockton. I travel an approximate 110 days in a given year and I always feel at home here. Its all because of the verry friendly, attentive, hospitable and professional staff this hotel has. They are by far the best a hotel could have.

The elevator was broken, the garbage can outside of the back entry door was overflowing, the windows all had heavy amounts of cobwebs outside, etc. The service people were all very kind, the place just needs a huge refresh.
