"Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

Alldeles utanför hotellet finns en stor och riklig frukt- och grönsaksmarknad. På minussidan är att sängen inte har samma komfort som rummet i övrigt; den har begränsad fjädring. "I booked the hotel for English friends visiting Kiev, on the basis that less money on rooms is more money for vodka. I was staggered at the high standard of the rooms for the price paid. Comfy beds, en suite shower, kettle and fridge in the room and close proximity to the metro. Outstanding!"

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."
