"We truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for two nights and loved the spa program, and we were able to rest wonderfully on the huge, incredibly comfortable bed. All the staff members we met were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We have absolutely no complaints. "

"I had the perfect stay for five nights at this hotel. It’s a great location being just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and the historic District. The room is comfortable with all the amenities, including a coffee machine and juices and water included in the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety, including different breads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, do it yourself, boiled eggs, a coffee machine, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, and much more. The staff are unbelievably friendly here, and they all greet you with a smile. The restaurant serves some great food; I had a couple of the best meals of my life during my stay here. If I’m back in Strasburg, this is where I want to stay."

"The Hotel Arok couldn't have been more ideally located in Strasbourg - steps away from the train station, right in the heart of everything, a short walking distance from Petit France. The rooms were small, but clean, had plenty of amenities and a nice bathroom and shower. We appreciated the safe in the closet for our valuables. We did not take advantage of the breakfast provided but preferred to have breakfast at one of the local boulangeries close by. The staff were for the most part, friendly and helpful. We liked the artwork and the modern decor of the hotel. We would highly recommend the Hotel Arok for a business trip or a vacation stay. I will also review this hotel on my travel blog - A Lady Well Travelled. Thank you! "

"We stayed 6 years ago here at the hotel and loved everything about it. From the staff to the room, cleanliness and how convenient it is to get to the city center. So this time in 2025, we were coming to Strasbourg and we booked immediately with Origami again! We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff again so friendly and the room super clean and so quiet. Everything like the first time when we stayed here. Amazing! We will stay here Again and again ! "
