Unfortunately, the hotel was far below our expectations. We stayed with our group of friends and children. Sadly, the beds and sofabed in every room were very uncomfortable. They were sagging and broken in the middle. Some of the towels were very worn and torn. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There's a tram stop in front of the hotel, making transportation easy. The room was averagely clean and smelled like a hospital.

For the price the room was very basic but reasonably well located within walking distance to train station and petit france. Room was 26 degrees the first night even after several attempts to adjust. Advised front desk who claimed to have taken a look at it but temperature was just a bit lower for the second night. Did not sleep well either night because of this. Upon returning to the room after it was cleaned, the person who serviced the room moved dirty clothes from the floor into my luggage, closed and moved my luggage and placed my backpack on top of my bag. Never have I had my luggage touched like that and it was not appropriate.

Comfortable Stay

The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful with our enquiries. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is located about 1 km to the Gare Central and the old town. There is the tram just in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around if you do not use to walk. Tram tickets can be purchased on line and it is valid for 24 hrs.

Great Amenities in Good Location

I was so happy and surprised to find a place with so many amenities, within a 10 minute walk to petite France, for such a low price at the height of summer travel season. It has central AC! And it works so well I actually got cold!! The little kitchen has two burners, sink, small fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. My primary complaint is that there were no outlets or USB/C outlets next to the bed. There could also be a couple updates made, particularly in the bathroom. The grout is nearly non-existent or looks completely black and dirty. As mentioned, location is a short walk to Petite France. The B tram stops directly in front of the hotel. The train station is also less than a 15 minute walk. There’s a small grocery store up one block as well as a bodega across the street from there.

It was a nightmare from before we got to the room. The key then didn't work for our room ever more than 1 time. Did not open laundry door, or door to parking, or to go back to the room. Horrible! Thermostat didn't work properly. One room was sweating hot and the other freezing no matter what temp we put. Will NOT be back.

Housekeeping was very efficient. Front desk was very receptive. Did not use dine at the restaurant so no comment on that. Room temperature was very hot. We were perspiring. We went to the front desk to ask how the climate control in the room works because the room is very hot and were told to just turn off the control. We did and that did not solve the issue. We just opened the window a little to let in a little cold air but this didn't help either. Anyway we only stayed for 2 nights so trouble shooting this wasn't worth our time. It is what it is. Not sure what else we could have done. There's a grocery store nearby and 15 minute walk to the train station. I would have to think twice before coming back.

It was a good place

The front desk staff left me hanging around waiting to check in. I had been waiting for quite awhile and then they started checking in other guests. I wasn’t happy about it but eventually they got me my room.
