The staff at Hotel Kaijoo were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. The hotel is well located to walk to the Little France area and local restaurants and patisseries. Great hotel!

Great hotel, staff are wonderful. We had family suite 404 which kids loved the bed up stairs set up. Little balcony was nice for an evening drink too. Easy to find and in great location for exploring the city on foot.

Great location

Just a short walk from the train station and then you are right in the middle of the city. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Room was clean with plenty of space. Staff was really friendly and I appreciated the free coffee anytime. Would definitely stay again.

Easy access and short distance from the train station. Surrounded by shops. The room was small and very tight space. But loved the filtered water to fill and bring to your room and complimentary coffee and from the front desk were excellent and very warming and welcoming.

We had the pleasure of being greeted by Massi, who was managing the front desk when we arrived. He quickly gave us recommendations for the area and we also got to exchange some good conversation, learning about each others' background and experiences, which added a pleasant perainal touch to our stay. We appreciated the coffee and water on demand in the lobby and the room was very comfortable.

Great staff and location. Nice big room but it was in need of a renovation as it’s outdated. Could use a refrigerator in the rooms as well. Good value overall.

Location and the staff of the hotel were great. Super convenient especially when arriving with the train. Unfortunately noise insulation is not great - the elevator was so noisy we could hear every movement it made, as well as people talking in the adjacent rooms. Every morning we woke up, there was a layer of humudification on the windows which was strange as we were ventilating numerous times for long period.

Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.
