Dear Mr Behe, It seems that there is a misunderstanding and you seem to have rated the wrong hotel in your comment, because I can see on my system that you checked in in the afternoon with one of my colleagues at the reception, which is open 24/7. We have no bar next door and no kiosk to check in. We have air conditioning in all the rooms. We don't understand your comment but it seems to be a mistake. Best regards,
