“Pool/sauna facilities over crowded. Extortionate bar fees. Conflicting information about availability of food at the bar, one member of staff said we could order up until 9pm, another said we couldn't order 'because there was a party of 40 in'. Very tight parking spaces. It was clean and tidy but no better than a Premier Inn because we were unable to use the pool and sauna facilities, which were the reason for booking this particular hotel. Would not book again.”

“I paid over £200 for one night here. The experience was very poor. I chose it because the hotel is centrally located and has a decent pool. At check-in the receptionist was more interested in talking to her friend than in her customer. The room was clean, but very averagely furnished. Ridiculously, if you chose to use the bath, there is no soap or shampoo within reach (see photo). The dispensers are fixed to the inside shower wall, so you’d have to get out of the bath for soap.
