AC didn´t work in our given room (the hotel just opened). Very serviceminded man at the reception and we were given another room. Not many stores or restaurants in the neighborhood. Short walking distance to Porsche Arena/MHP Arena

its a new hotel. design and furniture is tastefully done. Housekeeping is not done on daily basis. Location wise, unless you drive otherwise its not a convenient location. Can park for free outside the premise along the road though. Actual location is very near Mecerdes Benz Museum.

Das Zimmer war makellos und hatte eine hervorragende Einteilung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem die Personen wo für das Frühstück verantwortlich waren. Einziger Kritikpunkt, viel zu wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich sind kurz früher da gewesen keine Hilfestellung beim Zimmer mussten bis wir zum Hotel zurückkamen noch nicht ob und welches Zimmer wir haben. Frühstückt für den Preis mangelhaft bis sehr schlecht. Uns war bewusst dass das Hotel frisch aufging aber Abläufe etc sind keine da bis sehr schlecht.

Für 23 Euro war das Frühstück ein Witz. Sorry Leute, aber das geht besser. Schließlich muss man alles selbst erledigen und sich die Dinge zusammen suchen. Da auf dem Zimmer eine Küche vorhanden ist, kann man sich das Geld sparen und das Nötigeste beim SM um die Ecke besorgen und sein Frühstück auf dem Zimmer zubereiten. So würde ich dem "Frühstück" max 10,00 als Wert zugestehen.

Das einzige Problem das wir hatten war mit der Tiefgarage, würde aber von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption schnell und gut geregelt. Ist halt noch ein neues Hotel. Frühstückbufett ist noch ausbaubar.

Top Hotel in bester Lage

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer mit einem Lächeln. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich habe mich von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv wieder. Überschrift: Perfekter Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen!

Nagelneues Apartment-Hotel mit schicken und geräumigen Zimmern und gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Gratisparken ist aktuell noch vor dem Haus und in der Tiefgarage möglich, aber das wird nicht ewig so bleiben. Mein Sonderwunsch nach einem Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk und weit entfernt vom Aufzug konnte erfüllt werden.

Schicke und geräumige Zimmer/Appartements im Anfang Juli 2025 neu eröffneten Haus. Die direkte Umgebung ist viel Baustelle und noch im Entstehen. Sehr gute, fußläufige Lage zum Cannstatter Wasen, Schleyerhalle, Porsche-Arena und Neckarstadion.
