Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und passte genau zu den angegebenen Beschreibungen. Das Personal, die Dame an der Rezeption sowie der Nachtportier, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich gleich willkommen und wohl im Hotel Garner.

Rent og hyggelig rom. Rolig område ikke lagt fra sentrum. Litt dårlig luft, men det var bare å åpne vinduet. Hotellet var under oppussing, men det forstyrret oss ikke nevneverdig.

Zweckmässige Unterkunft für einen Städtetripp. Von der Stadtmitte mit der U-/S-Bahn sowie auch zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und sehr grosszügig bemessen. Leider etwas hellhörig. Zurzeit sind noch Umbauarbeiten im Gange, der Baulärm hält sich aber sehr in Grenzen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

All the reception staff working from the 20-22nd of November were outstandingly friendly, professional and thorough. Please extend my compliments and appreciation to them. My heating didn't work, and they took care of it swiftly. The newly renovated rooms are great and very comfortable. The renovation sounds were a bit loud, but I expected as much.

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. They lied to us, making us feel like complete fools — we were treated like we were being taken for a fool. They claimed that the water system was ‘broken,’ but the staff at the second hotel confirmed it was a lie — the original hotel was simply overbooked and they do this regularly. We were misled, disrespected, and forced into a filthy, low-quality hotel that was nothing like what we booked or paid for. This behavior is shameless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: they will lie to you and treat you like a fool. Avoid at all costs.
