The staff were amazing & when we struggled to arrive on the expected day due to a typhoon, called us (English speaking) to give us advice & offer a refund for the night we would miss. Miki met us when we arrived and answered any questions we had about the apartment and Kyoto. If you want a bit of luxury then this is the place for you ... faultless "

"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and...

"Property was excellent. Easy to trains and buses. Kitchenette was fully stocked. Had everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own food. Only problem is property is close to a busy street and tradfic noise during the dav is a problem. Other than that, highly recommend. "
