"Stayed for 4 nights. On my second day while I was gone house keeping came in and cleaned the room but failed to empty the trash and they also stole a little over a dollar in change i had on the table. There're people literally living at this place, just feels like an unsafe area. My air-conditioning didn't seem to be working properly, despite me having it set at 68 with fan on high and continuous I would constantly wake up through the night hot almost sweating. I will not stay here anymore."

"I’ve stayed at this property 3–4 times now, and it has truly become my go-to escape from the daily hustle. The overall vibe is very relaxed, and the beach is excellent—clean, accessible, and perfect for unwinding. One standout experience this trip was the valet/parking staff. Without me even asking, they charged my Tesla overnight. I didn’t realize it until the next morning, but it ended up saving me a tremendous amount of time since I was running late heading back to work in Sanford. That level of attention and initiative really stood out. The only downside is the pool area—it always seems to be packed, and I’ve never been able to find available chairs despite multiple stays. Also, the in-room coffee could be improved, but having a Starbucks downstairs definitely makes up for it. Overall, this hotel is amazing. Great atmosphere, great location, and thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be back again."

"Room cleaning was ok. I had to remind front desk once. Breakfast was ok. Is it possible to have some alternatives like turkey sausage of bacan. Maybe even egg whites? "

"Check in was a breeze, room was well appointed and spotless, breakfast was hot and fresh, neighborhood was decent, hotel was easy to access and find. And the staff were all friendly and cordial. I would most definitely stay here again if I was in the area."

"The property was so nice. The pool area is really nice. It’s in a great location for walking to town. It’s also a great location to walk to restaurants. The rooms were large. I felt like it was larger than some Marriott rooms."
