“The front of the property was dated but inviting. Our room was to the rear of the property and door to our room was unkempt and uninviting. The room itself was as pictured, however the tan and yellow colours were created from age old furnishings, rugs and drapery. The fragrance in the room was that of an age old smoking room. On the positive the sheets and pillowcases were clean, as was the room. Staff offered a different room which we looked at however we decided not to stay”

“I was disappointed with my stay at Days Inn in Penticton. The complimentary breakfast was by far one of the biggest letdowns. In a region known for its incredible fresh fruit, it was surprising to see canned fruit being served instead. The breakfast selection was extremely limited and felt like the absolute bare minimum. To top it off, the coffee was some of the worst I've had at a hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't much better. Check-in felt impersonal, as the front desk staff...

“Where travelling with 2 small dogs placed us in good location for taking them in and out. Floor was laminate so easy clean up of any spills. Breakfast was good and nice big area. Will be back again to this location”

“We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness was so poor that we didn't even want to take our shoes off inside. The entire place smelled old and stale, making it feel anything but comfortable or relaxing.
