"This hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was spacious, the staff were amazing, breakfast was great with a lot of options available, the bed was comfy, everything was extremely clean. Check in was a breeze. There's a canteen area if you forgot something or need something additional during your stay. There are plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. You're 30ish minutes away from Charleston and a little less than an hour away from Folly Beach. There are stores close by...

You can tell majority of the $2 million dollars were spent on the lobby area. The plastic wall panels are stapled and peeling. Every corner of the hotel is dirty.
