Very nice hotel. The staff went put of their way to help me. The room was clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about any issue. Very close to the airport and they have a bus to take you back to the airport during the mornings. $7.00 via taxi.

Luar biasa!! Proses check in dan out mudah dan cepat tanpa deposite. Kamar bersih, wangi, ac dingin, nyaman. Saya menginap dengan tipe kamar Single ( 1 twin ). Sarapan juga OK, saya telat datang di jam 10 lewat 10 menit untuk sarapan tapi masih di layani dengan baik. Rasa makanan juga enak. Saya selalu suka dengan menu Ikan sambal Dabu.
Area parkir tidak terlalu luas. 100 meter ada minimarket dan beberapa tempat makan.

There was no real areas for the storage of clothing. The rack for hanging clothes, fell off the wall with 10-15 pieces of hanging clothes. Better dressers or sturdy shelves need to be provided for guests that stay there for more than a few days.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my recent trip in East Kalimantan! The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel very flexible (appreciate this!) and the general manager deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here and a true sample of excellent hospitality.

The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.
