Nice place but I won't go back to chincha

Beautiful property, large and very clean room with daily housekeeping, plenty of facilities, professional and helpful staff. Only negative is the breakfast was not good and the dining area was dirty (must be because we were there the same time as a large group of children). The city doesn't have much options for food so they helped us order pizza for dinner. Not a fan of this city at all (got scammed by a taxi driver named Miguel Soto working with the Police taxi company - this has nothing to do with the hotel) but our stay in this hotel made it worthwhile. La Estancia is a wonderful place.

Cordial trato del personal de recepción y cama comoda. habitación decepcionante: llena de polvo y particulas que caen del techo (no sacudieron la cama antes), presencia de arañas y mosquitos, insuficientes tomacorrientes, falta lampara de velador, baño de acabados pobres. Permitián el uso de la piscina aun estando prohibido, haciendo bulla y tomando en plena cuarentena. Felizmente luego de llamar a recepción los hicieron callar el karaoke que armaron pasada las 10 pm. Resumen, no vale el precio al que se ofrece, apenas debería costar 80 soles. (he estado en muchos hoteles en mis viajes)

No aceptaron mi reserva de booking

La reserva que realice por booking no se realizó, llegue al hotel y me dijeron que no había ninguna reserva, luego les demostré que había realizado inclusive le mostré el número de reserva, pero no sirvió de nada ya que decían que en estas fechas no aceptaban las reservas de booking. Por lo tanto deberían de coordinar con los hoteles para que los usuarios no nos perjudiquemos en llegar confiados al hotel para que luego no acepten nuestras reservas y lo peor es que en ese momento a donde acudes a esa hora, más aún cuando se viaja para pasar momentos agradables y no estas situaciones desagradables.

Esta reserva fue una farsa según el hotel. Estos últimos, argumentan que no ya no trabajan con esta Web y por lo tanto no reconocían mi reserva. Para colmo sólo tenían disponible una habitación que costaba como el doble de mi reserva y por razones de tiempo tuve que tomarla. Lo peor es que habitación no los valía y a la piscina le faltaba mucho mantenimiento
