Great location near the train station. Nice room Better instructions for the cleaning machine would have been nice, as well as being able to open the drawer easily, as it was blocked by the bed. We didn't receive the reservation code for the check-in machine, so had we showed up 30 min later, nobody would have been there to help. Maybe make sure guests receive them, as hotels dot com reservation codes don't work. Nice breakfast. Nice terrasse.

Location is great because it is very near the intercity train station. Easy to get food. However, the room is very small.

Great stay!
it was a good stay because the hotel was clean and comfortable. A styler (like a steam-based dryer for clothing) was installed in the room, and it was very useful. Recommended!

The room was as expected based on the pictures. Instructions for the no-contact check-in were clear, and the staff replied quickly to messages. The room was clean and comfortable.

Modern and Trendy
Excellent location near the train station. Very new and nice with friendly staff. Free breakfast with live music in the morning was a nice added touch. There was a LG styler machine inside the room which you can conveniently refresh / steam your clothes! Room & toilet size was a little small. But overall very good value for what you get.

Best place to stay in South Korea
Location was great. Could walk to everything we needed. Parking was very convenient. Awesome staff. Very cool bar and live music. We loved this place.

Great hotel, convenient location
Hotel is very new, nice and clean. Bonus that free breakfast is provided. Located near the subway which made it a breeze to find and check-in and check-out.

젊은 감각의 호텔이라고 할 수 있어요. 호텔과 사업 공간이 함께 있어서 새로웠어요. 안정감도 있었구요! 호텔이라는 공간이 단순하게 숙박만 하는 곳이 아닌 또 다른 재미나 소용과도 연관시킬 수 있다는 발상이라는 느낌입니다. 젊은이들이 새롭게 실험하는 그런 사업장!!!

단순하지만 깔끔하고 친절한 호텔입니다.
가족여행으로 항상 리조트만 이용했었는데 잠만 잘목적으로 방 2개 예약했는데 걸어서 관광하기좋은 깔끔한 중저가 호텔이었습니다. 역세권에 위치해있기에 호텔에 주차공간이 조금부족했지만 근처 공영주차장 무료로 이용가능했습니다. 8시이후엔 베대면 체크인가능하고 3층에 마련된 세미나실,옥상루프탑을 구경하면서 느낀점이 내년에순천국제박람회에 관광올 외국인들에게 비싸지않으면서 머물수있는곳이 될수있겟다는 생각이 들었습니다. 사장님도 친절하셨는데, 옥의티 한가지는 딸아이가 스타일러가 고장이어서 사용못해본점입니다.ㅋ

청결하고 좋아요. 그런데 방음이 좀 약한 것 같습니다. 옆방 문여닫는 소리 그리고 움직이는 소리 때문에 잠을 설쳤어요. 그와 다른것은 참 좋습니다.

방도 따뜻하고 깨끗하고 다 좋았는데 2박을하면 당연히 청소할때 이불이랑 침대커버는 교체해주셔야하는거 아닐까요...청소만하고 수건도 새로 안주시고 이불도 교체 안해주셔서 그 점이 조금 아쉬웠어요

기대와 달라 아쉽습니다
연박 예약해서 중간에 청소 부탁드렸는데, 해주지 않으셨네요. 쓰레기도 쌓이고 쓴 수건도 쌓이고 여러모로 불편했어요. 예약할 때부터 위생 청결을 특히 부탁드렸고, 외출하면서도 청소부탁 드렸는데, 전혀 수용이 되지 않았네요. 안타깝게도 그리 만족스럽지 않은 숙박이었습니다.

안녕하세요 고객님 잘 기억하고 있습니다..주차 하실때도 봐드렸고 했지요ㅠㅠ만족못하셨다니 아쉽네요 고객님 층 청소 도중 아직 계신듯하여 청소팀에 벨 눌러서 필요하신거 없냐고 여쭤본 후 수건과 생수 필요하다고 하셔서보충해드린걸로 알고 있습니다. 연박 정리가 끝났다고 오해가 있었나봅니다 일반적으로 연박 고객님들 객실은 매번 정리해드리고 있습니다. 안타깝게도 만족시켜드리지 못해 죄송합니다

위치는 최고! 환기가 좀 아쉬워요
순천 아랫장이 다리 건너 바로에요. 2일과 7일에 열리는 순천 5일장 구경을 원하시는 분, 아침에 일어나 강가 산책을 하고 싶은 분들에게 추천! 방은 환기가 잘 되지 않아서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 숙소에서 오래 머물 분들에게는 비추! 잠 자고 일어나 돌아다닐 분들에게는 딱 좋습니다. 웬만한 관광지는 30분 정도면 도착할 수 있는 위치에요.

좋은 의견 감사합니다^^ 환기장치는 보이진 않지만 열회수 순환장치가 24시간 가동중입니다. 이용하신 1층 온돌 방과 다른 층에도 환기는 가능하며 창문의 모양은 달라 개별 환기도 가능하니 참고하시면 되겠습니다. 순천역 앞에 위치하여 어느 관광지로의 접근성이 유리한 점 정확히 파악해주셨네요 감사합니다^^
